We believe that only 100% human translations can guarantee the best quality. This is a fundamental pillar of our quality strategy. Our linguists are selected on the basis of the highest available qualifications and experience for every particular job. All linguists are native speakers in their target language of specialisation. All translation jobs are revised by an independent reviser and final proofreading is a standard procedure on all texts.

CERTIFIED STANDARDS AND INTERNAL AUDITS

As of July 2013, we are certified to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 17100:2015 and meet both standards’ requirements in all aspects. We don’t simply translate text from one language to another, an ISO compliant translation is one that follows the regular translation cycle and is finalised according to our client’s instructions by administrators prior to being sent out.

ISO 9001:2008 in the field of language services deals with the fundamentals of quality management systems and relates to quality management systems, their use and incorporation within a quality assurance process at a given company. ISO 9001:2008 helps us ensure that we meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders.

Our quality management system has resulted in efficiencies that are used to process every translation or interpretation project. We believe that by implementing such ISO standards we offer an advantage by satisfying quality policies, customer satisfaction, requirements defined by the client, and we also offer constant communication with both clients and suppliers.
